What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Normal Mail: $1

Registered Mail: $3.50

Normal Mail: 3-5 working days

Registered Mail: 1-2 working days

All mailing will be sent to SingPost

I want to self-collect the socks, what do i do?

You can purchase through our carousell @thesockersco and arrange with us in the chat section!

What exactly happens after ordering?

Upon ordering and receiving of payment, it will take up to 3 working days to prepare the socks and send it to mailing. After which, you will take 3-5 working days to receive the items for normal mailing and 1-2 working days for registered mailing.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, an order invoice will be sent to the email which you have registered with us or entered during checkout.
